Register your HP purchase on this website

Register your new HP purchase on this website within 14 days of the date of purchase.

You can view your product registrations and submit subsequent claims from your My Account page on this website.

You will need to provide the below details:


Purchase a new HP Qualifying Product within 2 years of the date of registration of your original registered product.

The purchase price of your new HP purchase must be equal to or higher than that of your originally registered HP product.


Log in to your HP for Education account within 14 days from the date of your new HP purchase and submit a claim against the original registered product you will trade-in.

You will need to provide the below details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Place of purchase
  • Invoice/Receipt Number
  • Serial number
  • Details about your trade in unit: Manufacturer, model, age and quantity
  • Upload proof of purchase

Upon approval of your claim, you will receive an email containing instructions of how to return your original HP product to us.

Your originally registered HP product must be received within 30 days of the date of your new qualifying HP purchase.


Your claim will be paid within 45 days of validation to your nominated bank account. You will receive 50% of the original purchase price providing it meets the terms of the promotion
