When you log in select ‘reset password’, an email will be sent to the registered email address and you will be able to change it via the link supplied

When you purchase qualifying HP hardware from a HP Education Partner and claim on a promotion on this website the funds are available for you to choose to spend with the preferred partner and the HP Education Partners who offer services and training.

For example if you purchased from XMA and then made a successful claim, these will be available to spend with XMA, Frog, Tablet Academy and BKSB.

You will need to provide the following details:

  • IBAN
  • BIC/Swift
In your account you will see the funds available, simply select ‘Spend’ and then choose who you want to send the funds to and how much.

All valid cash rewards will be paid by BACS to the nominated bank account in 45 days.

All HP Partner funds are available to spend in 14 days and will be returned to you if unspent in 30 days (counting from the first day the funds were sent to the HP Education Partner).

These will be automatically returned to you in 30 days from the day you elected to spend with a HP Prefered Partner.

You will receive payments 45 days from the day of validation of your claim
No, the HP Education Partner will need to arrange an exchange or reimburse you for the funds.
Please contact the HP Education Partner to arrange another date or to refund or credit you the amount owing
